How to Check Your Zoom License
To check if you have a Zoom Pro or a Basic license you must first sign in to your account. To do so, click on this link: Columbia Zoom Sign-In
There are two methods to verify if you have a Zoom Pro account, please see the details below.
Method #2 also indicates if you are under Columbia University (main campus) or under CUIMC (medical campus).
Method #1:
- After signing in to your Zoom account, click on your Zoom icon located on the top right corner of the page.
- After clicking on that icon you should see "Licensed" next to your name.
- This will indicate that you have a Zoom Pro license. If it shows "Basic" it indicates that you do not have a Zoom Pro license.

Method #2:
- After signing in to your Zoom account, click on "Profile" located on the left side of the page.
- Scroll down to "Account" and you should see your license.
- This will indicate that you have a Zoom Pro license. If it shows "Basic" it indicates that you do not have a Zoom Pro license.
- If you would like a Zoom Pro account please follow these instructions: How to Upgrade your Zoom account
- Under the Meetings you should see your Personal Meeting ID link, if you see "ColumbiaCUIMC" it indicates that you have successfully signed in your CUIMC Zoom account.
