Zoom Account Options

Below is what CUIT Zoom offers

Basic accounts are self-created, and must be created before another type can be requested. To request any other type of account please click on this link: Zoom Account Upgrade. Recent issues with the form requiring ARC information when not required have been fixed.

Basic	Up to 40 minute Zoom meetings Can only be created by UNI holder (see below) Cannot record meetings	Free
Pro	Unlimited meeting length for up to 300 participants Can record meetings "locally" on computer Note: Zoom for Healthcare does not allow saving to cloud	$15 per year
Shared	Unlimited meeting length for up to 300 participants A CUIMC Shared Mailbox is required For help activating, using, or fixing password issues see Using a Shared Zoom Account	$15 per year

Event Licenses

Large Room	Unlimited meeting length for up to 500 participants	$400 per year
Webinar	Similar to virtual lectures Up to 9,999 participants Does NOT have collaborative features available in Zoom meetings, see Meeting and Webinar Comparison for help	1,000 to 2,999 participants - $283.34 monthly/$3,400 annually 3,000 to 4,999 participants - $1,245 monthly/$24,900 annually 5,000 to 9,999 participants - $6,4900 monthly/$64,900 annually
