ARB 923 Conference Room AV

When you first enter the conference room the keyboard, mouse and projector remote is located on the conference room table. The switch to bring the projector screen down is located on the left-hand side of the wall. The PC is located underneath the conference room table. 

1. First power on the projector with the remote control.

2. Then to bring the projector screen down, press the switch that is located on the left-hand side of the wall in the front of the room.

3. Then make sure the keyboard and mouse is on, then either move the mouse around or press the space bar to wake the computer up from sleep mode.
   1. You should now see the room computer displayed on to the projector screen.

4. On the table grommet is also USB hub for your USB drives, and a HDMI cable for a laptop.

Once you are done using the space, please power down the AV technology in the room.

1. To do so, please use the projector remote control and press the power button twice to power down the projector.
