440 Classroom AV

When you first enter the room, the Crestron touch panel is located on the AV rack in front of the room on the right hand side.

Method 1: Classroom PC

  1. Located on the AV rack, you should see the Crestron touch panel, tap the screen to see access the classroom AV.
  2. Then enter the password "1234" as labeled on top of the Crestron touch panel.
  3. Then select "AV Presentation" located on the right of the Crestron touch panel.
  4. Then select "Room PC" for the classroom PC. (Please allow up to 1 mins for the TV to power on)
  5. The Room PC will now be displayed on to the TV.

Once you are done using the space, please power down the AV technology in the room.

  1. Tap the red "Power" button located on the bottom left corner of the Crestron touch panel.
  2. Then select "Yes Shut-down and exit" located on the left side of the screen.


Method 2: Laptop Connection


  1. Located on the AV rack, you should see the Crestron touch panel, tap the screen to see access the classroom AV.
  2. Then enter the password "1234" as labeled on top of the Crestron touch panel.
  3. Then select "AV Presentation" located on the right of the Crestron touch panel.
  4. Then select "Table Laptop for the classroom PC. (Please allow up to 1 mins for the TV to power on)
    2. Then connect your adapter (if needed) to the HDMI cable, located on the right side of the podium. (Adapters are not provided)
  5. The Room PC will now be displayed on to the TV.

Once you are done using the space, please power down the AV technology in the room.

  1. Tap the red "Power" button located on the bottom left corner of the Crestron touch panel.
  2. Then select "Yes Shut-down and exit" located on the left side of the screen.


Microphones

We have ceiling microphones in this room, which will pick up the audience and the presenter. 

Zoom Settings

  1. For Speakers please select the following options on Zoom.
  2. For the Microphone, please select the following option on Zoom.
