419 Conference Room AV

When you first enter the conference room the keyboard, mouse and TV remote is located on the conference room table.

1. First power on the TV with the remote control by pressing the red "Power" button.

2. Then make sure the keyboard and mouse is on, then either move the mouse around or press the space bar to wake the computer up from sleep mode.
3. You should now see the room computer displayed on to the TV. 
   1. By default the TV source for the room computer is "DVI".
   2. 
4. For a laptop connection, switch the TV source to HDMI. (The HDMI cable is located behind the TV on the right hand side)

   2. When you are no longer using the Laptop connection, please change the TV source back to DVI, and coil the HDMI cable and put it back where it belongs. Thank you!)

Once you are done using the space, please power down the AV technology in the room.

1. To do so, please use the TV remote control to turn off the TV, by pressing the "Power Off" button.
