657 Conference Room AV

When you first enter the conference room the keyboard, mouse and TV remote is located on the conference room table.

1. First power on the TV with the remote control.

2. Then make sure the keyboard and mouse is on, then either move the mouse around or press the space bar to wake the computer up from sleep mode.
3. You should now see the room computer displayed on to the TV. 
4. On the right side of the TV is also a USB hub for your USB drives.

5. There is also a webcam in this conference room, located on top of the TV.

Once you are done using the space, please power down the AV technology in the room.

1. To do so, please use the TV remote control to turn off the TV.
