Notice of Withdrawal

Students who would like to drop all of their courses for a term should complete the form here: https://advising.sps.columbia.edu/register/leave_of_absence.

1. The form requires Single Sign-On (SSO) and is prepopulated with the student's name, UNI, program of study, and email address.
2. Upon completion of the form, a confirmation page is displayed on the screen and sent to the student by email. The email is also sent to spsadvising@columbia.edu.
3. The administrator completes all of the remaining fields on the form as they become fulfilled.
4. The administrator notifies the student that the withdrawal has been successfully processed.
