Completing Forms on Students' Behalf

Because forms require SSO and are tied to the user's record, advisors cannot simply login to a form on behalf of a student. Instead, they need to enter the data on the backend:

1. Navigate to the appropriate form:


2. Click the "New Registration" link:


3. Begin typing the user's information into the "Registrant Name or Email Address" box. The student's name will appear:


4. The form will prepopulate with the student's basic information. 


5. Complete the rest of the relevant fields and press submit. The response will appear in the list of registrations:
