This area of the site is reserved for documentation and communications around the development cycle for systems and reports.

There should be sub-folders for each project that has a continual improvement cycle.

• Every solution that is delivered enters into a continual improvement development cycle, typically with either a quarterly or monthly feature review and release. The feedback loop will be a regularly scheduled meeting at the beginning of each new cycle per solution or report.
• For example, the Applicant to Matriculant report would have a monthly meeting of active users to discuss new development, the solution roadmap, Q&A, and any other topics that will help users to better use and guide the direction of the report.
• Audience: Open forum for all users of the solution or report
