Make sure the PC in the podium is on. To check this please open the podium and check the PC. If a white light indicator is on that means the PC is up and running. To raise the touch screen monitor, locate the silver remote inside the drawer of the podium and tap the up arrow once, you should hear the lift start moving and the monitor should raise fully.

If the touchscreen monitor is asleep, please press your finger on the touchscreen monitor for two seconds and allow up to five seconds for it to wake up and turn on. Choose your source on the touchscreen monitor. If you would like to use the Podium PC press “Podium PC” if you would like to use your laptop press “Laptop” and connect via HDMI to your laptop or HDMI and the appropriate dongle needed to connect your laptop (projector should power on and the screen should lower).
