JG 5th Floor Seminar Rooms

This guide is intended for faculty and staff that use the JG 5th floor seminar rooms. Each room uses a built in Windows PC and there are ceiling microphones for echo recordings.

There is a lavalier/ handheld microphone for audio projection. To use the lavalier, there is an on/off switch located on the top of the lavalier. The light will turn green when its on.

Clip the microphone 2-3 inches below your chin with the microphone pointing up. Replacement of AA batteries are located inside the podium drawers.

The default source will be the built in Windows PC.  If you would like to use your laptop/tablet, select the room you will be using to read how.

To use the built-in PC:

Log-in with your UNI username and password. Or you can log-in with:

Username: .\av-guest

Password: 11aa22bb$$

USB port are located inside the podium. Once your USB is connected, a pop-up window will appear with your files. There is a presentation clicker on the podium for your use.
