Using the Built-in PC


Don’t See A Screen?

Select the PC/Podium button on the screen next to SELECT SOURCE, located at the top.

This will also turn on all projectors (may take up to 60 seconds to fully warm-up) and adjust the lights  to presentation mode.


There is a gray remote (either on top of the podium or in the drawers). Press the up button to raise the screen. To wake up the screen, touch the screen for 1-2 seconds. 


Log-in with your UNI username and password. Or, you can log-in with:

Username: .\av-guest

Password: 11aa22bb$$ 




USB ports are located next to the podium mic and located inside the podium. Once your USB is connected, a pop-up window will appear with your files.




There is a clicker for your use. The Right/Left arrows are to move slides. Hold the star button for the laser pointe


Using A Laptop/Tablet


 Using A Laptop/Tablet Wirelessly


  1. Connect your laptop to the provided VGA, HDMI, USB-B, USB-C and power outlets.
  2. Select Laptop next to SELECT SOURCE.

  1. Select AirMedia next to SELECT SOURCE.
  2. You will see the AirMedia Splash page. On the bottom left of the screen, there is an IP address and a code.
  3. Enter the IP address into your internet browser and follow the instructions provided. 

Projector Controls




To turn on the projectors, select  PC Podium next to SELECT SOURCE, located at the top. The projectors may take up to 60 seconds to fully warm-up.




To temporarily hide the screen from the audience, select the Green Hide Projection.


To temporarily raise the screen to use the blackboard, select the Blue Projector Power. Touch the up/down arrow to raise/lower the screen. You can also turn on/off the projector from here.


Lavalier Microphone


Adjusting Volume


To use the Lavalier, there is an on/off switch located on the top of the Lavalier. The light will turn green when the Lavalier is on.


Select the Green Volume Control on the screen. “Speech”  controls the microphones, “Program” controls the Laptop/PC volume.

If you select mute, it will stop all audio.


Clip the Microphone 2-3 inches below your chin, with the microphone pointing up.

Replacement of AA batteries are located in the right side drawer of the podium.
