Purpose

This report is used to manage the progress of SPS enrollments for the current term and compare the enrollments from the previous terms.

Methodology

The Enrollment Management Power BI report is based on the SPS courses taken by the CU and SPS students during a term. Students may enroll in one or more SPS courses in a term, but they are counted as only once for the term.

Student headcount – Student headcount is an unduplicated count of students. It is an actual number of individual students enrolled.

Enrollment - Enrollment is a duplicated count of students. If a student enrolled in one course then, Enrollment = 1, if a student enrolled in 2 courses then Enrollment = 2.

All SPS Leadership, Enrollment Management, and Program Directors
