How to Add/Extend/Remove Guest User Access to CourseWorks Site

This article is intended for use by faculty or staff that need to grant CourseWorks access to users that do not have a Columbia UNI.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Log in to CourseWorks and navigate to the desired course.
  2. In the Course Menu, click Canvas Guest Users.


When selecting users via the checkbox, you can select all or multiple users at once that you would like to extend access for or remove from the course.
