The purpose of this document is to provide the manual steps required within the Slate+Advising instance whenever an advisor leaves the SPS advising team.

  • Remove the advisor from the Meet our Advising Team portal
  • Delete the advisor's Active Scheduler availabilityAvailability
    • Click Scheduler > Active SchedulerAvailability
    • Click the advisor's virtual schedule
    • Click the "Edit" button
    • Click the "Delete" button
    • Click the "Ok" button to confirm
    • Repeat the above steps for the advisor's in-person schedule
  • Remove advisor's calendar from list of calendar feeds
