Vision
The vision of the Analytics & Information Systems team is to provide everybody at SPS with the systems and data they need, and equip them with the skills and confidence to use data and technology to continually improve every facet of their work. We strive to achieve this through the delivery of robust, easy to use, well-designed solutions.
About the Team
We provide services and support to SPS staff for data reporting, analytics, and any needs involving new or existing software/applications. To get started, just open a request using the appropriate link.
Analytics Services (Start an Analytics Request)
- Data reporting and support services for SPS teams
- Develop and schedule Crystal Reports from single or multiple systems that support operations
- Develop and publish web based reports and analysis
Train and assist end users to use new reports and dashboards and advise on data governance
Systems Services (Start a Systems Request)
- Requests for new tools/applications
- Execute a fit/gap analysis for existing software landscape
- Provision licenses for common or existing tools/applications at SPS/CU
- Discuss/brainstorm opportunities to automate processes, integrate existing systems, or source new products
