The SPS Analytics team saves all sensitive student data to the H drive.

The following MS Excel files are in each Degree Programs folder:  

1. Registration Summary report - Student's registration-related information (Data refreshed daily)
2. Course Data - Student's course history and the grade by term  (Data refreshed daily)
3. Graduation Data - Historical Graduation Data (Data refreshed weekly twice)

Please follow the steps below to access the reports: 

1. Make sure that you have permission to access the reports in the SPS Analytics folder. 

If you don't have access to the SPS Analytics folder, please send an email to spsanalytics@columbia.edu with your supervisor’s approval.

2. See the MS Programs report folders in the following screenshot:
