Program Run Status
You will need to manually update a program run status on any iterations you add past its program's start or end date. Automations only work on preexisting data.
Set “Program Run Status” to Scheduled
The iteration will be marked “Scheduled” once added to Airtable.
Set “Program Run Status” to Live
The iteration will be marked “Live” on the program start date.
Set “Program Run Status” to Completed
The iteration will be marked “Completed” on the program end date.
Programs that have a program run status of “Canceled” will not be affected by the above automations
Course Leader Notifications
An email is sent to the assigned Program Manager(s) on a course leader’s “access renewal date” to remind them to contact HR and ITG for continued access to our systems.
