Long Term Approach
Columbia University Application Portfolio has large number of applications which provide services to business, it is impossible to architecturally review all the project through EA involvement. The EA resources has limited bandwidth to be involved in each and every project. In order to facilitate architecture assurance in the existing and new project, the diagram below highlights the engagement model for the EA.
