The SPS Analytics team saves all sensitive student data to the H drive.

The following MS Excel files are in the each Degree Programs foldersfolder:  

1. Registration Summary report - Students Student's registration-related information (Data refreshed daily)
2. Course Data - Students Student's course history by term and the grade grade by term  (Data refreshed daily)
3. Graduation Data - Historical Graduation Data (Data refreshed weekly twice)
