Purpose
This report is used to monitor the progress of enrollment and tuition for any term against a defined set of targets produced through a cooperative effort between Leadership, Programs, and Finance.
Stakeholders
All SPS Leadership, Program Directors, and Financeand investigate student account transactions from SIS. It will allow users to see the full transaction history of a selected student, as well as aggregated information that can be used to process financial requests such as deposits and discounts.
Special Considerations
- The business logic for highlighting issues treats cases where deposits and forfeitures net out in the aggregate as valid to simplify the overall tracking and troubleshooting of the complex nature of SIS transactions.
- For example, if two deposits were paid in the same term, but posted to separate terms on the student account, as long as the credit matches the payment they are considered valid.
