The Admissions Summary Report provides colleagues with an in-depth view of the current and historic state of the full admissions pipeline at SPS. From understanding the purpose and audience of the report, to using its interactive features, participants will learn to focus on the precise information that will inform data-driven decisions. This will be accomplished through a brief lecture, a live demo of the report for specific scenarios, and ample time to ask any questions of the report designer.

After completing the training, you will be able to:

  1. Define the audience and purpose of the report.
  2. Identify the key performance indicators surfaced by the report.
  3. Navigate the report interface and understand how changes affect the data that is displayed.
  4. Access the Program Detail page and understand how to interpret the data.
  5. Use filters to dive deeper into the data to uncover potential insights.
