U19 Vision Research Data Storage

A shared research data space for the project has been created on the Zuckerman Institute Engram storage system for the use of the U19 MouseV1 (Miller) project members, who have access through use of the Globus Platform. Invitations have been sent to project members for joining the "u19-vision" Globus endpoint (please email rc@zi.columbia.edu if you need to have the invitation resent). Project members use their own institution's login system to access the shared research data space.

As of March 2019 we are assessing whether Globus fits the initial need for data sharing for the project.

The current Globus share is listed as u19-vision in the Globus name space. Access from a single web url is available from the following link.
