Fall 2013

1. October 19th: CUARC is participating in the NY QSO Party!! - We'll be at the shack from 12 - 5 PM. - View the Flyer Here
2. November 23rd: CUARC will be broadcasting as a special event station as WA2XM! - View the Flyer Here
   1. In honor of the 100th anniversary of our original 2XM callsign.
   2. In honor of the 103rd anniversary of CUARC.
   3. Commemorative certificates will be available for QSOs!

Summer 2013

2. We logged 82 contacts across North America, South America, and Europe!

Fall 2012

1. Put new guywires on the 30 foot tower.
2. Installed the Hygain Explorer 14, donated by Tom (WB2NHC).
3. Received a donated Kenwood TS-450S transceiver.

Summer 2012

1. W2AEE made a successful contact with OM2AML in East Slovakia on 20m!
2. And another contact with PA3GEG in the Netherlands on 15m!
3. The club is indeed QRV with our G5RV and Yaesu FT-707.

Spring 2012

1. Shack Open House - View the Flyer Here
   1. Friday, April 25th from 12 - 5 PM Come visit the W2AEE shack on the 14th floor of Mudd
   2. Free Pizza and drinks will be available!!
2. HF Antenna Party
   1. In April, CUARC installed a G5RV antenna on the roof of Mudd.
   2. Pictures of the installation will soon follow!
3. Construction of an Antenna Patch Bay
   1. We'll be putting together an antenna patch bay.
   2. Going to be cutting holes in some sheet metal, putting in connectors, and possibly changing connectors on some old feed lines lying around.
