Missing Account Owner Information

The account owner field is the primary contact information used to identify an AWS account operator, working in tandem with an accountid, another unique identifier tied to a specific user working below the account owner.

An accountid needs to have an owner associated with the operator of this particular user. Without this information, were a malicious item or event occur, CUIT Security and Infrastructure would have no way of determining who to contact in order to rectify the issue.
