S3 Bucket Changes

CUIT monitors for the presence of any changes made within the S3 service. Not all changes have the indication of being malicious, but it's important to record them to make sure that each one is authorized. Particular changes within this service such as allowing public access to any source have a much greater severity, however, changes are still tracked to look for anomalies.
