No installation is necessary.

  1. Download QuickSupport client from https://get.teamviewer.com/zirc1
  2. Once downloaded, run the program. A window will appear similar to the images below. Provide the ID and password to the support specialist who will be accessing the system remotely.

With custom client, ZI RC group will be notified about your session automatically. You do not need to do anything, help is on the way!

If you get a generic window, similar to the one shown above, then you will need to provide your ID and Password to the ZI RC agent working with you


Notes

  • If the ID or password is not visible, showing dashes, there might be firewall restrictions in place or the full version of TeamViewer is already installed and configured for remote access by someone else, such as an IT department. Check with the respective IT department to allow access.

  • On the macOS, system permissions need to be granted to the TeamViewer app to allow remote control (see How to control a Mac running macOS 10.14 or higher).
