Overview
The following document will detail the steps required to download a Windows OS iso using Microsoft Volume License Service Center (VLSC) and Microsoft Admin Center (MAC).
Log into VLSC
- Connect to the VLSC web console here.
- Select the option to sign in with your work account.
- Log in with your UNI@adcu.columbia.edu account.
- DUO MFA may appear. Log in again for DUO.
NOTE
- If you do not have an account, please request one by submitting a ticket to EUC.
Log into MAC
- At the home screen, click on the link for the Microsoft 365 Admin Center Billing → Your Products → Volume Licensing
- After clicking the link for the first time, you may be asked to link your account.
- Select the first option.
- The link will then redirect you to the MAC Downloads and Keys page.
- In the "Search by Product Name" text box on the right side, enter the name of the Windows OS you want to download or scroll down to find the version of Windows.
- Select the desired version of Windows.
- Click on the product name to see more options.
- Select the desired build you want to download. Make sure you expand the columns to see the different releases.
- When you are ready, select the checkbox and click on the corresponding "download component" icon to start the download.
Errors
- If you notice the following error, please verify that you are logging in with your UNI@adcu.columbia.edu account and not your UNI@columbia.edu account.
- If you notice the following error, please reach out to EUC so we can resolve it.
