When you first enter the room, please make sure that the computer is turned on. To do so, open the cabinet below the podium and you should see the computer. If it appears to be turned off, please press the power button to turn it on. If it is on and you do not see a display on the monitor, move the mouse around and the computer should wake up from sleep mode.

Method #1: Classroom PC

1. Located on the right side of the podium, you should see the Crestron touch panel, tap the screen to see access the classroom AV.

   Then enter the password "1234" as labeled on top of the Crestron touch panel.

2. Then select "AV PresentationPC" located on the right of the Crestron touch panel.

   Then select "Lectern PC" for the classroom PC.  (Please allow up to 2 mins for the projector to power on and the projector slide to come down.)

3. To blank your display, select "Blank Screen". (Lets say you want to to look at your email or Powerpoint before you start)

4. The room PC will now be displayed on the projector.

1. Tap the red "Power" button located on the bottom left right corner of the Crestron touch panel.

2. Then select "Yes Shut-down and exit" located on the left side of the screen.

3. The projector will power down and the projector slide will retract.

1. Located on the right side of the podium, you should see the Crestron touch panel, tap the screen to see access the classroom AV.

3. Then connect your adapter to the HDMI cable (if needed), located on the right side of the podium. (Adapters are not provided)

4. To blank your display, select "Blank Screen". (Lets say you want to to look at your email or Powerpoint before you start)

Once you are done using the space, please power down the AV technology in the room.
