This room does not have a vpanel for room controls.

There's a projector remote for your use if you would like to use the projector. You can also pull down the projector screen if needed.

Using a Laptop

The default source will be the built in Windows PC.  If you would like to use your laptop you can do so by doing the following:

  • Connect your laptop to the provided HDMI, USB-B, USB-C wires.
  • There is a switch behind the cart, press the select button and you should see your laptop screen being projected.

If the screen is black, press monitor for two seconds to activate.

If you see a small windows screen, press mini corner screen to enlarge.



Using A Laptop
  1. Connect your laptop to the provided VGA or HDMI wires located in the table
  2. Next to SELECT SOURCE click on Laptop

To connect wirelessly:

  1. Next to SELECT SOURCE click on AirMedia.

  2. You will see the AirMedia Splash page. On the bottom left of the screen, there is an IP address and a code. Enter the IP address into your internet browser and follow the instructions provided.


Want to hide your display?

Select the White Projection Hidden to temporarily hide your display. Please note hiding your display does not hide display on the echo recording. Then select it again to unhide.



Projector Power

To turn on/off the projector, select the Blue Projector Power (bottom right hand). You should see the display control like shown below:

  • Under Display, you can select to turn on/off the projector.
  • Under Screen, you can select whether to raise/lower the projector screen.

To exit the Display Controls click on the red X.



Volume Control

When selecting the Green Volume Control (bottom right hand), you will see the arrows to raise/lower the volumes.

  • To raise/lower the volume for your microphone, make the changes under Speech Volume.
  • To raise/lower the volume for the speakers, make the changes under Program Volume.

Before raising/lowering the Program Volume,  try raising/lowering the volume using the keyboard.

Select the source that you are currently using, then select PIC. MUTE. Please note hiding your display does not will also hide display on the echo recording. Then select the monitor with the arrow to unhide.

Volume Controls

Select the source that you are currently using, you will see the arrows to raise/lower the volumes for the speakers in the room.

Before raising/lowering the Program Volume,  try raising/lowering the volume using the keyboard.
