Program Run Status

Note

You will need to manually update a program run status on any iterations you add past its program's start or end date. Automations only work on preexisting data.

  • Set “Program Run Status” to Scheduled

    • The iteration will be marked “Scheduled” once added to Airtable.

  • Set “Program Run Status” to Live

    • The iteration will be marked “Live” on the program start date.

  • Set “Program Run Status” to Completed

    • The iteration will be marked “Completed” on the program end date.

Warning

Programs that have a program run status of “Canceled” will not be affected by the above automations

Course Leader Notifications

  • An email is sent to the assigned Program Manager(s) on a course leader’s “access renewal date” to remind them to contact HR and ITG for continued access to our systems.
