The Logitech Tap Schedulers are installed in a few classrooms and conference rooms throughout Mailman spaces. It is integrated with Robin, so that we can leverage room reservation services via these tap schedulers. The Tap Scheduler will also indicate the room's availabilities, the reservation details, the room's schedule for the day, and how to extend your reservation.
- The green light on both sides of the tap scheduler indicates that the room is available.
- When there is a red light that means that the room is currently in use.
- To extend your already existing reservation, you may tap on the screen the duration that is available until the next reservation. If there is only 30 mins left until the next reservation, 30 mins would be the max you're able to extend your reservation until.
