Desk phones bought from RingCentral are plug and play; they come preconfigured/preprovisioned with the necessary settings to connect immediately to the RingCentral servers. If you have bought your Polycom VVX 250 from your previous provider or from other vendors, you can set up your desk phone by following these instructions.

- Enter your Columbia UNI email address (UNI@columbia.edu) and select Next.
- You will be taken to Columbia's standard CAS login screen, where you will need to enter your Columbia UNI and password and select Login.
