Secure Transfer to Storage Accounts Should be Enabled

Description:

A situation may arise where storage accounts would be involved in a data transfer of some sort. When this occurs, it's important to make sure the origin is transmitting in a secure fashion. Microsoft provides a control in order to do just that, where the connection would not be allowed unless a secure channel/protocol is used.
