Book Smaller Spaces

• Book smaller spaces on campus via Campus Groups and Rooms Available to Me.

  • Your access level determines the types of rooms you are able to book.

  • The average Campus Groups user is able to book smaller rooms, like conference rooms.

Book Larger Spaces

• Book larger spaces, like classrooms and Cooperman Commons, via Clayuri Parrilla.

  • Email or Slack Clayuri with your request(s).

  • Spaces are typically booked from 7 AM to 10 PM, unless otherwise specified.

  • Clayuri will send a screenshot of the calendar booking confirmation.

Filming Permit

• Request a filming permit from Keshia Mark for any on-campus filming.

• The Columbia Business School contact listed in the permit request should accompany the filming.

• Print hard copies of the filming permit and distribute them to the production crew.

• If utilizing a non-MMG studio campus space for filming, display the filming permit on the door.

• Drone usage is not permitted on campus as the university abides by New York City guidelines set by the federal government.
