Student Relationship Management
- Advisor Snapshot Dashboard (Student Profile)
  - Add button to open the term validation form for the student
    - Used for managing caseload review for each term
    - Validate the student's registration for the selected term
    - Update any other custom fields that are set per term
      - Completed Stellic Plan
  - Add link to open student profile in SSOL
  - Add link to open Stellic Plan (if it exists)

Data Management
- Incoming Data
  - Update source formats to process incoming files via SFTP
  - Create the sps-integration service account for file transfers
Security & Access Management
- Define role-based security model and assign users to appropriate groups based on role
  - Create the following roles: Advisor, Student Affairs Leadership, Program Administrator
    - Update all advisors to include the "Advisor" role
    - Update all program admins to "Program Administrator" role
  - Create "Advising" realm for segmenting all advising specific functionality

Update the Staff Assigned value for all records to map to the Primary Advisor from the SIS feed

Advisor Snapshot Dashboard (Student Profile)
- Add indicator whether student has registered for the current enrollment term
- Show any active holds on the account
- Show count of courses by status (e.g., #complete, #in progress, #future)

- Advisors (all charts scoped to the current user)
  - Only show this widget to people with the Advisor role
  - Add New/Continuing registration chart for Fall 2022
  - Add list of names for registered and unregistered students
  - Add counts of Uncleared Holds by student status
  - Create links to queries and reports that are tailored for the current user
    - Active Students, Active Holds, On Leave, Withdrawn Students

Update the Staff Assigned value for all records to map to the Primary Advisor from the SIS feed

Configure the Person Status prompt for Advising cases
- New Student, Continuing Student, Former Student, Alumnus
- Deactivate Admissions values; validate no impact
- Update the Person Status rules for new values
  - Use the Cohort Status from SIS feed to set primary status
    - New or Continuing
Configure the Enrollment Status prompt list and field
- Dismissed, Enrolled, Graduated, Leave of Absence, Withdrawn
- Add rules to manage the status value based on the state of their profile
  - Active Withdrawn Hold = Withdrawn
  - Active LOA Hold = LOA
  - Enrolled = Fallback
