ScreenBeam Wireless Display
ScreenBeam is a new wireless display technology that we have recently added in the 14th FL conference room.
- To start, please download ScreenBeam's software. Download Link
- There is an option for both MacOS and Windows, please download and install according to the device you will be using.
- You might be prompted with admin sign in when installing the software. (Please contact IT: MSPH-Tickets@cumc.columbia.edu)
- Then select Blu-ray/DVD option on the Crestron Touch Panel (We replaced the input while leaving the laptop HDMI connection available in the conference room table.)
- You will then be prompted with Screenbeam connection instructions on the conference room TV.
- You must first connect to ScreenBeam's Wifi, you may also connect your mobile device by scanning the QR code.
- Wifi: AP-2455A8, Password: "screenbeam"

- After joining the ScreenBeam's wifi, click on "Displays" in your System Preference
- Then at the bottom left corner under "Add Display", click "ScreenBeam 55A8"
- After doing so, please give it 5 to 10 seconds for your MacOS to be displayed onto the Conference room TV.
- After joining the ScreenBeam's wifi, click on "Displays" in your System Preference
For Zoom
- Once you've connected your laptop to ScreenBeam, you'll be able to utilize ScreenBeam's Webcam and Mic.
- Under camera settings, please select "In-Room Camera (ScreenBeam)"
- Under audio settings, please select "In-Room Microphone (ScreenBeam) for the microphone, and "ScreenBeam55A8" for the speaker.
