How to add printers on Windows and MacOS
Windows computers
Add shared printer
Click the magnifying glass icon on the taskbar, next to the Start Menu button, to access the Windows search box.
Type the word Printers in the Windows search box, and in the search results, select Open.
Click Add a printer or scanner. It will search for a printer, then click the printer I want wasn't listed.
Select a shared printer by name.
Alternative Method
You can add the following printers with this method:
From the Start/Search field, type the line for the printer you wish to add:

Go to System Preferences
Click on Printers & Scanners
Click on “+” to add printer
If you don't have the gear icon below, right-click or control click on any empty space next to the printer icon under “Add Printer”
Drag the gear icon to the top row of icons.
Click on the gear icon and change the “Type” to LPD/LPR Host or Printer.
Under URL, enter “cuprint.adcu.columbia.edu/Staff_Ricoh_IEOR”.
Repeat the steps for all printers you wish to add from the list above.
