  1. Sign-in to your Robin Powered .
  2. Then click on the "Office" button, and below select the building, the floor, and the date of the desk you would like to reserve. 
  3. You now see what spaces are available for reservations.
    1. If the icon is gray that means that the space is not available for reservations.
       or 
    2. If the icon  is green, that means that the space is available for reservations.
       or  
  4. Once you have found the space that is being requested, click on the green icon.
  5. Then click on the "Reserve for" button. 
  6. Under "Search for someone" please put your name or email. 
  7. Then make sure you have "Send notification via email" selected and click on the  icon once you are done.
  8. You should now see a gray icon with a pinpoint "Your desk"
  9. Shortly after, you or the requester should receive a confirmation email (mailer@robinpowered.com) indicating the reservation.
