- Sign in to your Columbia Zoom account with this link here: Columbia Zoom Sign-in
- If you are using a Mailman Lecture account, sign in with this link here: Mailman lecture Sign-in
- Once you are signed in click on "Settings" tab on your left hand side.
- Scroll down to the Embed passcode in invite link for one-click join and enable.
- You now have the passcode embedded in your Zoom meeting/ webinar links.
