If you are experiencing an issue with editing or deleting files and your run across an error message such as The operation can’t be completed because an unexpected error occurred (error code 100057), it’s likely that the computer you are using, e.g., a MacBook, is not logged in with your UNI, e.g., if you have a @barnard.edu email address. Try using the Make Me Admin and Elevate Rights.
