- Sign-in to your Robin Powered Administrator's Account.Account. (How to)
- Then select "Office", located on top of the page.

- Then select the building, floor, date , and time located on top of the page.Image Removedyou would like.

- Then click on the floor you are in, and select "All Floors". You will then be presented with a list of spaces in the building.

- Click on "Book Find a deskspace" button located on the left side of the page.

- After doing so, you should click on the "Amenities" button may search for a space for specific Amenities, capacity, and the type of space, located on top of the page.

- You may then search for amenities or scroll down your options and select the amenities you want.
- Then click on the "Apply" button to display all the spaces or desks that have the amenities you are looking for.Image Removed

- You can then search for the capacity of the space you want. (How many people can fit in the room)

- You can then search the type of space. (Conference Room, Meeting Room, and Classroom)

- You will then be presented with a list of spaces that meet your needs.
