Timeline
| Milestone | Date | Details |

| OnBase 18 Goes Offline | Friday, Dec. 17, 5pm | The old system must be taken offline and all users disconnected in order to complete a full backup of the database. This must be done prior to beginning the system upgrade. |
| OnBase Upgrade Begins | Friday, Dec. 17, 5:30pm | The ECM team begins the system upgrade with the assistance of the vendor. We call this portion of the upgrade the database upgrade because it makes changes to the OnBase database to convert it to the new version. Once this portion of the upgrade is complete, the team verifies functionality of the client and connects all the services and modules that work together to provide a fully functional system. |
| OnBase EP5 Available | SundayMonday, Dec. 1920, 12pm8am | The system is up and ready for everyone to use it! This is a tentative timeline and the system may be ready before this time. You will receive an email announcing the upgrade when the system is available. |
