- Sign-in to your Robin Powered .
- Then click on the "Office" button, and below select the building, the floor, and the date of the desk you would like to reserve.
- You now see what spaces are available for reservations.
- If the icon is gray that means that the space is not available for reservations.
or - If the icon is green, that means that the space is available for reservations.
or
- If the icon is gray that means that the space is not available for reservations.
- Once you have found the space that is being requested, click on the green icon.
- Then click on the "Reserve for" button.
- Under "Search for someone" please put your name or email.
- Then make sure you have "Send notification via email" selected and click on the icon once you are done.
- You should now see a gray icon with a pinpoint "Your desk"
- Shortly after, you or the requester should receive a confirmation email (mailer@robinpowered.com) indicating the reservation.
