On the taskbar, right-click the Start button.
Click the File Explorer shortcut.
Right-click the This PC shortcut.
Select the Show more options command.
Select the Map network drive... command.
Select the G Drive letter, from the drop-down menu.
In the Folder: text field, enter: \\lawsfprdfs01.adcu.columbia.edu\Groups
Deselect the Reconnect at sign-in checkbox.
Click the Finish button.
Enter:
Name: adcu\YourUNI
Password: YourUniPasswordClick the Remember my credentials checkbox.
Click the blue OK button.
Click the This PC shortcut.
Right-click the new Groups network drive.
Click the Show more options command.
Click the Create shortcut option.
Click the Yes button.
Right-click the newly created Groups shortcut located on your desktop.
Select the Show more options command.
Select the Rename command.
Enter: G Drive and press the Return key on your keyboard.
Use this shortcut to access the G Drive.
