  1. On the taskbar, right-click the Start button.

  2. Click the File Explorer shortcut.

  3. Right-click the This PC shortcut.

  4. Select the Show more options command.

  5. Select the Map network drive... command.

  6. Select the G Drive letter, from the drop-down menu.

  7. In the Folder: text field, enter: \\lawsfprdfs01.adcu.columbia.edu\Groups

  8. Deselect the Reconnect at sign-in checkbox.

  9. Click the Finish button.

  10. Enter:
    Name: adcu\YourUNI
    Password: YourUniPassword

  11. Click the Remember my credentials checkbox.

  12. Click the blue OK button.

  13. Click the This PC shortcut.

  14. Right-click the new Groups network drive.

  15. Click the Show more options command.

  16. Click the Create shortcut option.

  17. Click the Yes button.

  18. Right-click the newly created Groups shortcut located on your desktop.

  19. Select the Show more options command.

  20. Select the Rename command.

  21. Enter: G Drive and press the Return key on your keyboard.

  22. Use this shortcut to access the G Drive.
