The Logitech Tap Schedulers are installed in a few classrooms and conference rooms throughout Mailman spaces. It is integrated with Robin, so that we can leverage room reservation services via these tap schedulers. The Tap Scheduler will also indicate the room's availabilities, the reservation details, the room's schedule for the day, and how to extend your reservation. It helps people get to the right room at the right time and works with any 

  1. The green light on both sides of the tap scheduler indicates that the room is available.

  2. When there is a red light that means that the room is currently in use.

  3. The Tap Scheduler will show you the current reservation of the room if it is in use, and what time the reservation is for.

  4. To extend your already existing reservation, you may tap on the screen the duration that is available until the next reservation. If there is only 30 mins left until the next reservation, 30 mins would be the max you're able to extend your reservation until

  5. To view the upcoming reservations for the day, please tap "Today's schedule" which is located on the bottom right corner of the Tap Scheduler.

  6. You can also view the amenities and other details about the space, by tapping on "Space info" located on the bottom left corner of the Tap Scheduler.

  7. If you want to end your reservations earlier, please tap on "End Meeting", and allow the timer to automatically end the meeting. Or you may Also tap on "End Now" one more time instead of waiting.
