When you first enter the room, please make sure that the computer is turned on. To do so, push the power button located below the podium. If it is on but no display, move the mouse to wake the laptop up from sleep mode.
- Located on top of the AV rack, you should see the Crestron touch panel, tap the screen to see access the classroom AV.
- Then select "PC" (for the podium PC)
- To control the camera in the room, select "Camera Controls".
- You now can pan, tilt, zoom the classroom Camera.
- For laptop connection select "Laptop". Then connect your adapter to the HDMI or VGA cable (if needed), located on the right side of the podium (adapters are not provided).

- Select "Off" located at the bottom right corner of the Crestron touch panel.
- Then select "Power Off".
