When you first enter the room, the touch panels are located in the AV cabinet and across from 4 main displays. To control the AV in the space you will need to utilize either touch panel, and the password to the touch panel is: 1234.

you to host Zoom calls. Since the room does have a room PC, you can also present Powerpoint presentations, Youtube, and etc. You may also display from your laptop via Barco, a wireless USB-C dongle.
- To start, just tap on the screen to access the passcode screen.
- When you arrive to the passcode screen, please enter: 1234
- Under Sources, you may select Wall Plate 1(HDMI), Wall Plate 2 (HDMI), Wireless Presentation (Barco), Zoom PC, Signage Player, and None.
- After selecting a source, below the control panel you need to send your source to either "Video Wall" (4 TV Displays) or "Side Display" (1 TV Display). Then your video source should be displayed on the TVs of your choice.
- You may also control the room's audio with the volume bar, speaker mute, and mic mute buttons located on the right side of the control panel.
- For Wall Plate 1, it is located below the touch panel facing across the 4 TV displays. And for Wall Plate 2, it is located below the 4 TV displays on the right hand side.
- If you are using the room PC (Zoom PC) you will also be able to see a live feed of the camera, along with camera controls of the room. By default you will get the "Front Camera" that faces the audience, and the option for a "Rear Camera" that is located above the wall touch panel that faces the other side of the room. You also have the ability to pan and zoom in and out of the camera for the perfect angle. Only will the Zoom PC have access to the room's cameras and mics as an input source for Zoom and other video conferencing software.
- You may also adjust the mic volume in the room via the "Mic Volume" tab located at the top of the screen. The volume control are for all the mics in the room, from wall plates 1 & 2, to wireless mics.
- There is also a lock panel, that lets you lock on to the settings without it being tampered with, the button is located at the center top part of the touch panel. (The AV system will still be operational if locked)
- At the end of your event, please power everything off by tapping on the "Exit" button which is also located at the top part of the touch panel.
