Missing Keywords

This is a technical status applied to staff-submitted forms currently in the OnBase Withdrawal Queue used to identify staff-submissions on behalf of students that are missing one or more required keywords in the OnBase Student Record Database; administrators move this form to an Initial status upon adding the missing keyword values.

Initial

This is a technical status applied to forms currently in the OnBase Withdrawal Queue used to create the PDF attachment of a submitted form that is sent with notifications at the time of form submission and/or progression to the Registrar’s Office Queue.

Academic Affairs Hold

This is a technical status applied to student-submitted forms currently in the OnBase Withdrawal Queue for the duration of the applicable hold period prior and before being progressed to the Registrar’s Office Queue.

Reinitiated

This is a technical status applied to forms that have progressed to either the Complete or Closed status that are identified to need additional review and/or processing.  Administrators identify and facilitate movement to the corresponding Reinitiated Queue and then use the return functionality built into the OnBase Withdrawal Form Workflow.
