| OnBase Upgrade Begins | 10/2/2021 Saturday 8am | The ECM team begins the system upgrade with the assistance of the vendor. We call this portion of the upgrade the database upgrade because it makes changes to the OnBase database to convert it to the new version. Once this portion of the upgrade is complete, the team verifies functionality of the client and connects all the services and modules that work together to provide a fully functional system. |
